Rent a cottage in a fully renovated, independent former building, just 1 km from Villecomtal and close to all amenities (grocery store, butcher, bakery, pharmacy). Ideally located near many tourist attractions: Conques, Rodez (Soulages Museum), Estaing, Laguiole, Marcillac, Bozouls, as well as numerous hiking, trail, and mountain biking paths. The cottage is also close to the St. James’ Way pilgrimage route. On the first floor, you will find a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, fans), and a laundry area with washing machine and toilet. The second floor has three bedrooms (new bedding: 140, 160, and 90 cm beds) and a bright shower room. Outside, enjoy a private terrace and a peaceful shaded garden with outdoor furniture. On request, a baby bed, high chair, and baby bath can be provided. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning service can also be offered for an extra charge.
